Volkmar (also Folcmar) (? - 969) was the Archbishop of Cologne from 965 until 969.
Early life
Volkmar appears to be a son of Count Frederick II of the Harzgau. Volkmar was a student of the Archbishop Bruno I. He was a member of the Cathedrals of Cologne and Hildesheim, and was also a Provost in Bonn.
Archbishop of Cologne
The Holy Roman Emperor Otto I the Great appointed Volkmar the Archbishop of Cologne in 965/6. Volkmar died on 18 July 969.
