Norse polytheism is a religious tradition predominantly of the Norsemen who had lived in Scandinavia during the Viking Age, before the Christianization of Scandinavia in the 8th century.[1] It is by way an extension of Germanic polytheism, practiced by the Germanic tribes of Northern and Central Europe.
