  • Can you remove the newly added page? Best not to link it, you can find it in the recent edits.

  • Have you considered going to https://www.jwfacts.com ? Learn the truth of the Watchtower coverup of paedophilia in the organisation; even the coverup of over one thousand paedophilia cases to the Australian Royal Commision . Open your mind; is the Governing Body of JW's really under the guidance of holy spirit, or actually, Beelzebub ? Also, why does the WT keep changing prophecy, if it is reputed to be of God.

    • Hi, thanks for your reaching out. The World today is crazed on using smear campaigns who blast about legitimate cases, that unfortunately do happen. Many, if not all religions are infiltrated with the works of “Beelzebub”. No one will get out of here unscathed. We as humans were given the ability to know right from wrong. So do right. Avoid the wrong. Pray if you need help. The difference between JWs, and most everyone else is, JWs recognize and worship יהוה (Yahweh) as Lord. Only one other Bible, not JWs, called Holman Christian Bible restores Yahweh as the proper name and acknowledges it as such in the Old Testament. The reality is, many claim to be worshipping “God”, but each religion is really worshipping their own different god, and don’t even realize it. That is why people say, “ I have my truth, and you have yours”. As far as WT goes, it is a temporary manual that came, and will eventually go. The GB basically say, when the JWs worldwide stop coming to your doors and there’s no more WT, it’s game over. - Br-jsosa (talk) 04:55, July 3, 2018 (UTC)

    • Hey! I'm around... I love both history and science... Yes, I plan to continue more work on history.wikia.com

However, I like to work on astronomy wikis too. So I've built up astronomypedia.wikia.com (w:c:astronomypedia) along with the Community Wiki's that it reflects.

If you need anything, just hit me up.

I was thinking about what you said about the prehistoric pages, how they don't seem to fit. Since the main dude isn't around, I may just discard all the prehistoric (dinosaur lands) articles. What do you think? Should we keep them, or dump them?

Good to hear, I personally, thought this wiki is more about human history, so most of prehistory probably shouldn't be included.

    • Ill make plans then to dissolve the prehistoric dinosaur pages... It wont happen soon though, because I'm working on other stuff.

  • I just wanted to ask you, do you think we should have other parts of History that isn't related to Humans, such as Dinosaurs and other animals?

    • Dinosaurs could reasonably fall under the category of Earth Science / Science & technology‎ / TopLevel or even Geography / Toplevel for articles where dinosaur discoveries are made at certain geographical points.
      Keep in mind:

Your angle on these subjects would have to be concise and limited, perhaps to list formats, rather than whole dedicated articles.

Science & technology in TopLevel can also be broken out into:

      1. Natural Science <- category for Dinosaurs, cryptids, and space subjects
      2. Technology

I also recommend modifying the Menu bar to the TopNav recommendation in my last post... that way it links to categories rather than page articles (that usually have to constantly be updated). Br-jsosa (talk) 02:50, December 14, 2017 (UTC)

    • Alright. I'll get to modifying the Menu bar in a few days, my computer broke around 3 days ago so I am waiting to get a new one soon.

    • No rush. hope you get your computer situation worked out. The TopNav menu bar proposal is just a work in progress. It may need more ironing out as we flesh these articles along. Wikipedia is a great tool and resource, but trying to veer a little bit away by condensing articles. The more condensing requires better categories... and a better category structure. I experimented with Category:Anne Frank, under Category:Holocaust victims‎ which is for all intensive purposes is listed under Category:Biography... That category houses various articles regarding Anne Frank and related people. Her subject is exhaustive... but it needs to be easily accessible and not buried in multiple categories... like a lot of other articles. So coming up with a good category tree structure is important. That's why I'm promoting a Library category system that loosely follows Dewey. Br-jsosa (talk) 03:41, December 14, 2017 (UTC)

  • I recommend not adding the biography category to pages because it is useless. Pages here are essentially the biographies and that should be expected.

    • Biography is a toplevel category. Were you aiming to remove it? Also...it really would be advantageous to make toplevel categories more accessible by adding a MAIN in the menu bar under top navigation...

      *MAIN
      **#category:TopLevel#

    • Added it to the menu bar. But yeah, I was aiming to remove the Biography category.

    • So I propose that TopLevel follow a library system like..

      https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Dewey_Decimal_classes

Biography is a legitimate classification, but not toplevel... It's a subcategory of 900-history & geography.

One of the major problems is people copying large data from Wikipedia with dead links. You can't stop it, but you can put an organization in place.. and I recommend the library structure

      Br-jsosa (talk) 02:39, December 10, 2017 (UTC)

I suggest something like this, all from a historical perspective, since you only have 7 slots:

      • Philosophy-(political, ideologies)
      • Religion
      • Social studies-(law, government, anthropology)
      • Language-(evolution of languages; to root languages)<I love this study
      • Science & technology-(inventions)
      • World history-(wars, civilizations, empires, biography*)
      • Geography-(polities)

Also... Having MAIN and TABLE OF CONTENTS could appear as redundant titles... I recommend MAIN and FEATURED
